Frances Allred Endowment

Student Recipients of the Frances Allred Endowment scholarship should be a resident of Hill County, have a 2.50 Grade Point Average or above, have completed the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), and have graduated high school or have obtained their GED.
