George & Alva Smith Endowment

The George & Alva Smith Endowment Scholarship recipient must be enrolled at Hill College as an Art Major. The recipient must have graduated High School or Obtained their GED, have a 2.50 or higher Grade Point Average, and have completed the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
