Competitive Academic Waiver

Recipients of the Competitive Academic Waiver Scholarship should have a 2.50 grade point average or above, have completed the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), live outside the state of Texas, and have graduated high school or obtained their high school equivalency (HSE).
