Ethel England Scholarship

The Judd and Ethel England Scholarship recipient must be a resident of Hill County who is attending Hill College majoring in Agriculture. The recipient must have graduated High School or obtained their GED, and have a 2.50 Grade Point Average.The recipient will be selected by a committee composed of the president of Hill College, the head of the Agriculture Department at Hill College, and the president of the Hill County Farm Bureau.
