Turner Scholarship

The Thomas E. and Francis J. Turner Scholarship is to be awarded to a resident of Hill County who is majoring (or taking courses) in History. The student must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and have graduated High School or obtained the GED Also, the student must have and/or maintain a 2.50 or above Grade Point Average.
